Export All config and/or Cloud Sync

Shortcut not working
I'm trying to add the "Show Hidden Files" shortcut, but instead of it being recorded as "Shift+Command+." it's being recorded as "Shift+Command+>" which stops it from working. Is there a work around?
Create Content with System Services
I use some services shortcuts, but I can't find a way to run them via Radial unless I set up keyboard shortcuts. Could you make them accessible directly through Radial?
