Sub-Menu Activate on Hover

WHATI'd like to have the submenus activated on hover, with same mechanism for navigating back; optional activation duration setting would be nice as well, as well as a sound effect "growing" as the hover duration is getting settled. WHYTo reduce cognitive friction to activate sub-menu on click and activate action on release and make the navigation feel faster.
