Request: Ability to change Existing App Type - From "Global" to "Local"

I currently have a few Global Apps - and I want to change one of them from "Global" - to my actual App Used.-- -- Currently, I need to create a local App and create shortcuts in there.-- -- Is it possible to be able to change the "Type" - from Global to an App?
