Option to disable Radial Setting from middle of menu
I keep activating it by accident, it'd be nice to disable it or make it trigger only on click and not on release.

There's already a setting for this. Under the Appearance page, you'll find an option called "Center Gear Icon". Simply disable that to no longer show it.
