Onboarding and Trial Issues, No Help

Cool app, but I haven't even made it past onboarding and have already had issues with (1), permissions, (2) getting it to work during the onboarding, and (3) getting the free trial to work. Radial seems awesome, but it's annoying to be asked to pay 20 EUR when the most basic, very first, and most important from a sales perspective, thing doesn't work and when I click "Radial Help" in the menu I'm met with a dialog saying "Help isn’t available for Radial."
