Currently - I moved "up" my Favorite Menu - but it does not show up

In Radial 4.0, only global and contextual menus are meant to be automatically shown. All custom menus should be manually selected from the menu switcher.
Please mark the menu you wish to appear when opening Radial as either Global or App Contextual for it to be auto selected.

Image 1 is the Menu - and Image 2 (without the Star) is what shows up when I use my hot-key.
